The challenging ascent is easily overcome with the help of the Grossarler mountain lifts. The approximately 10 km long mountain bike single track, dropping 960 m, then leads from the top station of the Panoramabahn through forests and across alpine meadows, past unique natural wonders. These include the reservoir at the middle station and the waterfall (with a photo point for selfies), until you finally glide into the valley station of the Panoramabahn. The Single Track offers both gentle and alpine biking enjoyment, accompanied by impressive views of the surrounding mountains of Grossarltal.
Single track Grossarltal
one experience - two variants
Biking over 10 km and 2 variants with a nature experience guarantee. Up with the cable car, out of the cabin and into pure flow trail fun.
Panorama Rausch
Starts at the summit and takes you on an adventure of speed, views and pure adrenaline. Tight bends, fast passages and boundless freedom merge into an unforgettable downhill experience.
The Panorama Rausch trail offers a 7 km long descent on a single trail over approx. 575 metres in altitude from the Panoramabahn mountain station to the middle station of the Panoramabahn. You ‘rope up’ with the Grossarltal panorama lift.
Please note: Bikes weighing up to 22 kg are only permitted here.
Waldgeflüster
It leads you into the mysterious silence of the forest. Roots, wafts of mist and narrow trails merge into a wild dance of flow, adventure and the magical power of nature.
The Waldgeflüster trail offers a 3.3 km descent on a single trail over an altitude difference of around 400 metres from the Kieserlbahn middle station to the Kieserlbahn valley station. Thanks to the new Kieserlbahn cable car, even e-bikes can enjoy this experience. The new cable car with large, spacious cabins can transport bikes weighing over 22 kg to the middle station.
Please note: From the middle station onwards, bikes are no longer permitted on the Kieserlbahn cable car!

Ride a bike over to Dorfgastein? Yes, indeed, it's now possible thanks to the Grossarltal-Dorfgastein bike link. You’ll ride up with the Grossarler mountain lifts, just like you do for the Single Track. From there, you can ride up to the Kreuzkogel, then down to Dorfgastein. At that point, take the Fulseck Summit Lift back up the Fulseck, bike from there to the Panoramabahn top station, followed by the Grossarltal Single Track down to the valley.
Attention: The Panoramabahn can only take bikes with a maximum weight of 22 kg!
