Enjoy the diverse hiking opportunities to 3 peaks, 5 reservoirs and mountain lakes, and 14 staffed huts. Attractive rest and play areas at the huts and along the trails await you. Whether a relaxed walk pushing a stroller, spectacularly scenic to the high peaks, ultra mellow on the Grossarl path of the senses, or intrepidly following in the footsteps of hunters – we have hikes suitable for everyone, young and old.

The experience for the whole family. From the Panoramabahn mountain station, 1,850 metres above sea level, you continue on foot to the Skialm, where the adventure ride on the mountain carts begins. The winding route offers a real summer experience for young and old. On three wheels, the mountain carts take you over a 2 km long route downhill to the Harbachhütte. Lots of fun and action guaranteed!

Feel nature and discover your senses anew on the Grossarl Path of the Senses. The sensory path near the Gehwolfalm is based on five elements: wood, fire, earth, metal, and water. Explore the individual stations with your whole family and learn fascinating things about the different senses and the five elements. For those interested, there is a small crossword puzzle. The answers can be found at the various stations, and with the correct solution, you can even pick up a small prize at the Gehwolfalm.

A special adventure at the Alpentaverne/Zapfenhütte, not just for brave boys, but also for really cool girls of all ages – ages 4 to 99. Near the middle station of the Panoramabahn lift, next to the Alpentaverne, you'll find the E-Trials Park. With special OSET-brand E-trials bikes, navigate through the various obstacles on the course.

From the mountain station of the Panoramabahn gondola, the Single track drops roughly 10 km and 963 vertical meters down to the valley below. The ride through the curves and over undulations takes you through forest, across alpine meadows, and past the reservoir, the middle station, and the waterfall, where there is also a selfie photo point. Whether you are a hobby biker or a “pro”, the Grossarltal Single Track ensures plenty of action and adrenaline.
