Experience Alpine Summer in the Valley of Mountain Huts and hike across alpine meadows up to the high peaks.
While you enjoy a leisurely breakfast in the valley, the farmers up at the huts are already hard at work. From the fresh milk of happy cows, they prepare fresh butter and delicious cheeses. One specialty is a sour cheese typical for this valley, and unique to Grossarltal.
The "Brettljause" includes home-cured bacon, fresh farmhouse bread, and traditional homemade sausage. Needless to say, a shot of homemade schnapps is also a must.
