The Grossarltal-Dorfgastein ski area is a treasure trove of discoveries. Alongside a variety of ski slopes and lifts, there are numerous mountain highlights to explore.
Imagine cruising down freshly groomed slopes with no one else in sight, witnessing the sunrise, and topping it all off with a hearty breakfast – could mornings get any better than that? We offer this special experience every Wednesday - meet us at 7:15 AM. Space is limited to 25 participants.
Our Snowpark Großarltal - the start is near the Panoramabahn mountain station. Stretching approximately 500 meters with 2 lines, it's the perfect place to let loose. The Snowpark is a magnet for kids and teens, and of course, adults are more than welcome too. Both pros and amateurs will find their thrills on kickers, the Butter Box, the Rainbow Butter Box, the Mushroom, and more, all ideal for some serious jibbing.
The perfect “playground” for little ones to playfully enjoy their first skiing experiences. They'll be supported, motivated, and challenged by features like the wave track, slalom gates, snow tunnel, and agility course. The Kreuzhöhe rope tow ensures a safe ascent - even for the youngest kids. In the valley, the Fischbacherwiese children's area also awaits as a great alternative.
Experience the mountains and nature with complete awareness. We've created our Quiet Spots in the mountain area, featuring classic as well as more modern-style seating. Surrender to the soul-stirring views at the Natur Platzl, Sonnen Platzl, Servus Platzl, Gamsjaga Platzl, or Glockner Platzl.

Throughout the ski area, surrounded by stunning mountain panoramas, you'll find hotspots and quiet zones where you can surf the internet for free or check your emails.
We mainly use eco-friendly ski buses equipped with the latest engine technology to transport you to the lift stations whilst being kind on the environment in the process. The Panoramabahn, Hochbrandbahn, and Fischbacherwiese are served by all ski bus lines.
