In mid-March 2027, Grossarltal one again invites all sporty gourmets to enjoy sun skiing and culinary delights - a fusion of skiing and epicurean indulgence - in Ski amadé.
During the day, experience sun skiing on beautifully groomed pistes and visit the highest farmers' market in the Alps in Ski amadé. In the evening, indulge in local culinary delicacies and exquisite wines from Austrian vintners.
This week showcases the best of both the hotel industry and local agriculture in Grossarltal – especially the members of Genuss Region Grossarltal. They are certain to spoil you with an array of local and international specialties.
To make your ski day a real treat in every sense, selected ski huts, in close cooperation with local farmers, invite you to taste and enjoy at the highest farmers' market in the Alps in Ski amadé on select days. An exclusive gondola dinner above the rooftops of Grossarl aboard the Kieserlbahn lift, with a welcome aperitif and wine pairings featuring select Ski-amadé vintages. Starting at 4:30 PM (additional cost € 174,90/person, including companion wines). The culinary highlights are provided by the kitchen teams from Hotel Nesslerhof, Hotel Das Edelweiss, and Hotel Moar Gut. Participation is limited.

Wednesday, March 10, 2027
At around 1,950 metres above sea level, top winemakers invite guests to an exclusive tasting at the Kieserlbahn mountain station from 12.00 noon to 3.00 pm. The event is accompanied by impressive panoramic views stretching from the Dachstein and Grossglockner to the Hohe Tauern.
Participation in the tasting is free of charge for all guests with a valid lift ticket.

Gala dinner with companion wines at one of our partner hotels in Ski amadé as part of the half-board package. Non-resident hotel guests are also welcome to participate. Table reservations are required.
Friday, March 12, 2027
The Weinroas takes place from 7:00 p.m.to midnight in Grossarl. Top Austrian winemakers pour out their finest wines at numerous Grossarl hotels. Travel by shuttle bus or stroll from hotel to hotel, enjoying small morsels paired with Austria's best wines. Some hotels will also feature live music.
Guests without the Ski & Wine Enjoyment Package can purchase a ticket for the Wine Roas from the Grossarltal Tourist Office or online at the advance booking price of € 75.90, or directly from participating hotels at the on-the-day price of € 84.00. Tickets will be available soon.
Following right after Gourmet Ski & Wine Week, our Lady Ski Week takes place from March 13 - 20, 2027.

Ski & wine enjoyment week is a weekly package with 7 nights in the desired category. This offer can be booked directly with the accommodation providers in question from March 6 - 13, 2027. There is also a package for shorter stays, consisting of a minimum of 3 nights' accommodation and participation in the program.
