Großarl: Aualm - Liechtensteinkopf - Aukopf - Schuhflicker - Schuhflickersee

In this hike, you have the choice to drive directly to the Aualm or rather prefer to hike up. The forest road is accessible to all, the only condition being that you don’t have a very low car, as the path may not always be "smooth."

Drive by car or hiking taxi to the district of Unterberg, then continue on Rattersbergweg towards Lainholzbauern and further to the parking lot just below the Aualm. A fee of € 5.00 is payable at the barrier on the path to the mountain hut.
