Harvest Festival and Rupertifest

Grossarl celebrates Harvest Festival. Festive worship service on the car park in front of the Panorama Lift valley terminal at 9 a.m. In bad weather, the service will be at Grossarl parish church. Assembly of all local heritage groups and the Harvest Festival float with the harvest crown. Every year, the gifts for the float are provided by residents from different parts of Grossarl. 

After the service, a parade of the heritage groups and Harvest Festival float, followed by the Rupertifest fair on market square in Grossarl, including a farmers’ market with regional products, craft demonstrations and items for sale. The Rupertifest is accompanied by music performed by various folk groups. Admission is free.
