The tour starts on the Talradweg bike path toward St. Johann at Auto Gschwandtl, about 2.6 km from the town center. From here, ride a short distance to the right on the road, then turn left into the Astachsiedlung neighborhood and take the turnoff toward Heugathalm and Gerstreitalm. From here
