Aigenalm-Paulhütte1,280 m (1 1/4 hours)
The Paulhütte lies in a lovely valley bowl and is can reached easily by walkers of all ages. Starting-point for the hike is Paulbauern farm or directly from the Mandldörfl access road in the hamlet of Bach. The path leads past several hunting lodges to a short climb uphill and then leisurely on through timber forest. Shortly after crossing the Aigenalm stream the path splits. Here you have to select which of the two Aigenalm Valley huts to go to. The path off to the right leads directly to the Paulhütte, which is in view from this point. A special feature of the Paulhütte is its extensive menu and its highly-recommended Kaiserschmarren.
