Nordic Walking in the "Valley of the Alms"

Fitness in your summer vacation

Using special carbon poles, Nordic Walking is a whole body training for sport-minded people of all ages and can be undertaken at any time of year. It activates 85% of all the body's muscles and increases calory consumption compared with normal walking by 50 %. The poles give added safety on slippery ground and relieve knee joints and the spine.

Under the guidance of a qualified Nordic Walking trainer learn this new sport and discover a totally new way of walking.

Nordic Walking Courses
Basic course with walk (minumum 3 persons)	2 hrs.	€ 25,-
Alpine walk with qualified leader (incl. transfer and hire of poles)	app. 3 hrs.	on request
