On this 3-day walking tour in the Grossarl Valley you can experience the farming life of the “Sennleute”, the dairy farming people who work and live on the mountain farms, feeling as if you have gone back decades in time.

Dates of the day tours incl. mountain hut overnight stay flexible within the booked period.
Depending on the weather situation, we recommend undertaking a small day or half-day tour on arrival or at the beginning of your stay to acclimatize and to plan the mountain hut tour with overnight stay on the 3rd and 4th day. In this way too, there’s still one cosy evening in left after your return into the valley to nicely round off your holiday.
