Das "Tal der Almen"

Der Reichtum an bewirtschafteten Almhütten hat dem Großarltal auch den Beinamen "Tal der Almen" eingebracht.

Nirgends sonst im Salzburger Land gibt es ein Tal, in dem die Bewirtschaftung der Hochalmen und die Zusammenarbeit der Almbauern mit der Tourismuswirtschaft so gepflegt werden, wie im Großarltal.
